mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.
add salt to taste and some freshly squeezed lemon juice.
store in an air-tight container.
refrigerate for a couple of hours then consume.
Chef's Tips
Don't worry about the apple going soggy&brown-lemon juice should keep it nice&crisp!
