Description

My onion bhajis are loved by everyone. I perfected this recipe and I would like to dedicate this recipe to Chorley Dialysis Unit Lancashire.

Method

  1. 1

Peel onion then cut in half, then slice put in bowl.

Now add all the ingredients and stir well.

Add lukewarm water and stir until you get a thick batter like consistancy.

Heat oil for frying, make sure its hot, when oil temp rises put on medium heat.

Spoon mixture with tablspoon, cook bhajis for a minute on each side (till golden).

Chef's Tips

After cooking place the bhajis on kitchen paper to help drain off the excess oli.
